Adam built MadHive and exited in the $300M Goldman deal at a roughly $1B valuation. In 2017 he founded the AdLedger consortium with IBM and TEGNA as founding members. The vision that became Konstant is his: he settled the original thesis, an order book for the internet, years before either company had a name. Precise, where he serves as Co-Founder and Chief Architect, holds the sealed-decision filing and runs the method in production every day: Konstant's anchor customer and first proof. For Konstant he holds the thesis: what the network is for, what it must never do, and which capability the rails may never own.

Konstantin founded Blockdaemon and leads it as CEO: 150+ employees and a $207M Series C at a $3.25B valuation, led by Sapphire and Tiger Global. He joined as a co-founder because the customer's CEO had to help build the thing. Blockdaemon runs on Konstant today, with Gary in production daily across the company.
