Konstant builds and connects Capability Networks.

Expertise as infrastructure. One kit, Boombox, turns what your company already owns into AI-native products. One advocate, Gary, turns your company's context into judgment. Live today with Precise and Blockdaemon.

Two doors into one system. Boombox, the developer kit that turns what your company already owns into AI-native products. Gary, the advocate capability that turns your authorized context into company judgment. They compound: with Gary in place, everything Boombox builds knows your company.

Boombox turns what you own into AI-native products.

Build from your own systems. Run it against your own cases. Ship once, and the frontend, the API, the MCP service, the agent tool, and the scheduled workflow come with it.

Your systems stay where they are.

BLOCKDAEMONPRECISE

“We co-developed konstant.cloud because we did not want another chat interface. We wanted a coordination layer.”
CEO, blockchain infrastructure company

Founded by the team behind MadHive and Precise. Meet the company.

Every company is about to run on decisions made by software. Somebody has to measure what each participant actually contributed, and somebody has to hold agents to the standard their actions deserve. Konstant builds that layer: capability networks where every contribution is measured, every agent runs under a grant, and every claim carries its record.

Every company keeps its own authority.

A Capability Network is a company-owned system for discovering, composing, operating, evaluating, and paying for capabilities. Each company keeps its context, authority, infrastructure, customer graph, and economics. Only what a company explicitly approves travels, and refusal is a first-class answer. Together they form the order book for the agentic economy.

publish → answer → route → approve → run → evaluate → settle

Proof travels while control stays home. Software revenues become network-effects revenues: whoever owns the customer graph earns per crossing, and the company, not the platform, owns the graph.

Every run is measured. The record says who and what contributed: which person, which agent, which capability. Credit, cost, and blame land on evidence instead of politics.

Nothing travels without a grant.

Three questions guard every relationship, and every downstream edge answers all three again. Your eval signals leave as aggregates, or not at all.

License.

May the provider's capability be used here.

Mandate.

May this person or agent act for this company.

Admission.

May this exact release run in this exact target.

Refusal is a first-class answer.

Konstant runs the network; it never sells capabilities on it. An operator that competes with its members is an operator no serious company joins, so we do not. Your capability, your records, your final word.

Boombox turns what you own into AI-native products.

For expert companies

Between a system that works inside your company and a product a customer can use sits a stretch of work that has nothing to do with your expertise: packaging, permissions, evaluation, deployment, versioning, and every place a customer might want to reach it. Boombox is the developer kit and runtime that takes that stretch off your desk.

Gary, your company's advocate on the network.

For leadership

A company knows more than any one person in it can hold. Gary turns authorized context, memory, and operating history into a company brain you question in plain language: what is moving, what is stuck, what changed since Tuesday. Gary proposes and remembers. You authorize action.

The Meridian renewal moved. Procurement returned the security review with two findings Tuesday night[1], the fix shipped Wednesday morning[2], and the CFO call moved to Friday[3]. Nothing else in the account needs you this week.

FROM THE FIELD

A big client. The CEO’s urgency never reached the developers: four layers of middle management absorbed it. So the CEO landed in the Slack room where the work was happening, and the deal got sold.

Gary gets the CEO’s urgency downstream without the org chart in the way.

Gary also tells you when not to touch something. An orphan that self-heals is a result too.

Gary’s scoring anchors survive model releases.

Your configured brain remains yours. So does the final word. The full Gary page.

Selected work.

Evidence of range, from companies running on their own terms.

Rewiring the company for AI

CEO, blockchain infrastructure company · July 2026

“We co-developed konstant.cloud because we did not want another chat interface. We wanted a coordination layer.”

A CEO on treating intelligence as infrastructure: memory, controls, and proof wired into how a company runs.

Precise

Konstant's anchor customer, and the first independent provider: Precise's Decisioning Economics is available as a capability other companies can call. When several capabilities contribute to one outcome, Precise makes each contribution knowable, and value legible.

Bring your company onto a network you own.

If you lead a company and want its brain on the record, start with Gary. If your company owns a capability the world should use on your terms, start with Boombox. Either door opens the same system.
