When your organization uses the Konstant platform, we process organizational data from workplace tools that your organization’s administrator has connected. This data is processed solely to provide the Konstant service to your organization. Specifically:

• We process signals from connected workplace tools (as configured by your organization’s administrator) to surface organizational insights.
• Your data never trains public AI models. Organizational data is used exclusively to provide insights to your organization.
• We do not sell, share, or use your organization’s data for any purpose other than providing the Konstant service.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we collect standard web analytics data through PostHog, including pages visited, browser type, and referring URL. We use this data to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our service.

We use the information we collect to:
